How We Deliver

Before we deliver there are some utility basics that are required! Please ensure you have on the property an  outdoor water spigot , a 120V outdoor outlet (at most 40ft away from where you want the tub), and at-least a slightly level 6 foot square spot to put the tub.

Our first step is placing down a  non slip pad where the tub will be installed. This helps to protect your movements in/out of the tub and to protect the bottom from any abrasive objects.

Thanks to our tubs portability placement is easy and requires no heavy equipment. We simply just roll it in where-ever you see fit. The tub can fit through most doors and can even be lifted over walls. After positioning the tub, we bring in the Hydromate, the core control system and pump. All connections are made, primed, and ready for the introduction of water.

With the tub securely in place, we move on to filling it. Tapping into the property's water supply, our tubs fill up to their 275-gallon volume in a brisk 30 minutes. Economical and efficient, the water cost averages out to just $0.004 a gallon, translating to an almost unnoticeable $1.10 added to your water bill.

To bring your spa to life, we plug the Hydromate into the nearest 120V socket. Distance isn't an issue as we're equipped with a 10g extension cord offering an extra 40ft if required. And safety always comes first - that's why we secure all connections with a specialized extension cord safety cover.

Diving into your spa should be a sublime experience, and that starts with water chemistry. Upon setup, we fine-tune the water's pH using pH up and pH down as needed. Coupled with a chlorination process, we ensure your tub remains both refreshingly clean and perfectly balanced for your comfort.

Once your spa is ready we walk you through the control panel, usage guidelines, and the essentials of water care. Beyond the standard factory manuals, we've designed easy-to-digest guides for you. Longer rentals (3 days and above) come with our curated water chemistry kit. This kit, brimming with essentials like granulated chlorine, PH balancers, measuring spoons, and testing tools to ensure maintaining your spa becomes second nature. While we set the initial water balance for you, periodic adjustments will be necessary for sustained appropriate water chemistry.
